Wales Wedding Photographer
I love being a Wales wedding photographer, covering Snowdonia in North Wales and also all of South Wales. I find the couples that choose me for their photography are adventures adventurous but also want natural and relaxed wedding photography .
I have always had a particular passion for Wales since visiting regularly, every weekend in fact, for most of my adult life. I would take a trip somewhere in Wales, often at times I wouldn’t have a destination in mind but rather just enjoy seeing where I would end up. I never got tired of seeing the beautiful greens of the valleys and the epic stretches of mountains. I love weddings in the South as i get to visit locations like The Mumbles, Cardiff and little towns like in Tal Y Bont for a Tipi festival wedding in a big open field with all family and friends.
North Wales Wedding Photographer
I have visited North Wales for many years always wanting to see that amazing vista from Snowdonia, photographing weddings around the North Wales area is incredible. I have photographed many engagements atop mountains in Snowdonia like Cwm Idwal, Cadair Idris, Cregannen Lakes and many more. I always have fond memories of visiting the pier in Llandudno, as well as photographing weddings and engagements there more recently. Plus Isaf is a beautiful location in the heart of North Wales, a place I find myself being drawn to on many weddings over the years.
Wales Wedding Photographer
Wales in general is an incredible location for a natural wedding, often finding that a tipi or marquee is chosen to have a festival or summer solstice kind of wedding day. I have been a Wales wedding photographer for nearly a decade and I am always blown away by the amazing venues and ideas my clients seem to come up with!
Wales Wedding Venues
Wales has the most diverse wedding venues you can imagine, I have seen amazing mansions, venues overlooking the sea and summer solstice weddings in the middle of amazing mountains and fields. I always have fond memories of a wedding I did a few years ago with Charlotte and Laurie which was a Festival wedding in the Summer Solstice. Peterstone Court was also another amazing mansion house with it’s own Church on the grounds and just down the road is the Barn at Bryich, which is amazing for a natural wedding. Similarly I loved the wedding of Hana and Anders Dewsall Court which was a wedding that brought together english and Sweedish sensibilities to make a stunning wedding. Some other notable locations are Rosedew Farm which is a beautiful location very close to the coast and of course USK Castle which was a total highlight and joy to be a wedding photographer at.
